NASHCO, by virtue of a mandate from the shipowner, has the following missions:
Maritime Consignment
Carrying out the operations of receiving and delivering goods transported by the shipowner;
Managing the vessel’s administrative formalities with local authorities;
Concluding contracts for handling, towing, and piloting services;
Assisting the vessel during its stay in port;
Providing the necessary funds to the ship’s master;
Paying duties, fees, and other charges incurred during the vessel’s call at the port.
Logistics
Receive empty containers at the yard for storage and warehousing;
Position damaged containers for repair;
Provide customers, with the prior approval of the shipowner, with empty containers for stuffing and export as full containers;
Transfer and loading of empty containers.
Refueling / Refueling
The Bunkering and Supply operations carried out by NASHCO consist in providing the vessel, prior to its departure, with everything necessary for its operation and maintenance, whether in terms of:
Food and provisions intended for consumption; or
Fuel, oil, lubricants, and other related supplies.
The Transit
Declaration and customs clearance of goods;
Payment, on behalf of and for the account of the client, of all duties and taxes related to the customs clearance of goods;
Pre-carriage and onward transportation of goods to the location specified by the client.
